What are your typical lead times?
Sampling usually 5–10 business days. Production typically 2–6 weeks depending on complexity and quantity. Timelines start after design sign-off and deposit; express options available.
Ballpark costs?
Pricing reflects size, stitch density, personalization, and quantity. We’ll quote within 1–2 business days of your brief. No strict MOQ; meaningful price breaks at 25 / 50 / 100+ units.
Can we provide our own cloth or threads?
Yes—subject to quality approval for hand-embroidery. If a material isn’t suitable, we’ll propose close alternatives from our library.
What base cloths and threads do you hold locally?
Signature keffiyeh bases in multiple colors on request; a wide range of man-made fabrics are available in Jordan. Embroidery in premium DMC Cotton Perle No. 8; Pantone-adjacent matching available. Swatches on request via Contact.
Can you work to different design styles or periods?
Yes. Share a moodboard or reference (era, palette, motif). We’ll translate into SEP’s hand-embroidered language—sampling options include stitch tests and pre-production strike-offs.
Shipping & international delivery
Worldwide shipping from our Jordan and EU hubs. Preferred method: you create the AWB with your courier of choice and we organise pickup. Alternatively, we can ship on your behalf — DAP as standard; DDP available in select markets — with charges billed to you. Tracked express couriers (e.g., DHL / FedEx / Aramex) with full customs documentation; all costs are clearly itemised in our quote. Plastic-free protective packaging on request.
How do we collaborate during sampling?
A dedicated WhatsApp group or email thread with 24–48h update cycles: photos, short videos, and quick approvals. Final sign-off via digital tech sheet; physical samples can be couriered if needed.
